基本性能简介

内孔质量是齿轮及其他有孔零件的核心指标之一，对于齿轮传动而言更为如此，公司研制的内孔磨专用砂轮是在保证提高加工品质的基础上重点关注加工效率。

由于内孔磨加工的特殊性(接触面积大、冷却效果差)，公司研发的内孔磨专用砂轮主要以3GW(等同于3SG)和5GW(等同于5SG)为主，突出其加工效率和加工质量。一内孔外圆粗糙度Ra0.16。

公司研制的内孔磨专用砂轮采用特殊工艺制造，除去确保其优良的磨削性能外，更加注意其平衡性能和几何形状,使用效果更优。

内孔磨专用砂轮除选择匹配砂轮参数外更应注意:

A、砂轮外径和工件内孔的匹配原则上两者之差10mm左右为宜(或砂轮外径尺寸约为工件内孔尺寸的0.8倍)，砂轮使用消耗极限为径向10-15mm为宜。

B、砂轮厚度以40-50为宜，以保证最佳使用效果。

Basic Performance Introduction

Internal Hole Quality:

The quality of internal holes is one of the core indicators for gears and other components with holes, especially for gear transmission. Our specially developed internal grinding wheels focus on improving processing efficiency while ensuring high-quality machining.

Material Selection:

Due to the unique challenges of internal grinding (large contact area, poor cooling effect), our internal grinding wheels primarily use 3GW (equivalent to 3SG) and 5GW (equivalent to 5SG) materials, emphasizing both processing efficiency and quality.

Surface roughness of internal and external cylindrical grinding can achieve Ra 0.16.

Special Manufacturing Process:

Our internal grinding wheels are manufactured using special processes to ensure excellent grinding performance, balanced operation, and precise geometric shapes, resulting in superior performance.

Key Considerations for Internal Grinding Wheels:

A. Matching Wheel Diameter to Workpiece Hole:

The difference between the wheel diameter and the workpiece hole diameter should ideally be around 10 mm (or the wheel diameter should be approximately 0.8 times the hole diameter).

The radial wear limit for the grinding wheel should be 10–15 mm.

B. Wheel Thickness:

A thickness of 40–50 mm is recommended to ensure optimal performance.
